Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H.  第三世多杰羌佛) created this work through sculpting followed by oil painting.  The techniques used to make it are those used to make Yun sculptures.  The main theme of this sculpture is ancient vines that have fossilized through the ages.  Superior skills are revealed from the winding of the vines and the carving inside the hollow interior of the stone.  This artwork not only has the charming look of a natural stone, it also has an elegance born of artistic design.  All artwork by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (H.H.  第三世多杰羌佛) comes from the same source.  Each is an original creation unpreccedented in history.
